Simple DIP production line is using 3-5 DIP inserter lines and 1 big 4.1 meter wave soldering machine, 1 PCB conveyor for PCB quality inspection or assembly. High capacity output. one this high capacity DIP production line capacity is around 3000pcs (10 hour working time) 20x20cm PCB. more big capacity, you can use 2 or 3 or 5 this production lines to got even higher production capacity.

1. 2.4 Meter DIP insert line

1. Working place arranged at one side beside the conveyor.

3. Our normal length is 2.4M ,one working place per 1 meter,totally 3 working places

2. Wave Soldering Machine N350

Wave sodlering machine is used for soldering THT insertion components to PCB. It's automatic soldering, so reduced the human working cost. Nowsdays still widely used in PCB production feild.

7.Lead-free solder furnace with independent design, environmental protection and safety,

easy to clean.

8.Tin stove preheating furnace uses high-speed PID and 2 independent infrared heating (IR heating) control.

9.Time can be controlled, we can preset switch functions, tin stove can heat within 90 minutes.

10.With black box memory function, the machine can always store the production management records, improve work efficiency.

11.Automatic claw cleaning function ensure the cleanliness of claws.

12.Reasonable design and sensitive fault security alarm system ensure the stable performance and operators’ safety.

3. THT PCB out feed conveyor

1.It is used to unload PCB’s or pallets from wave soldering machine at 6-7°.

2.Transmission speed, transfer height and track angle can be adjusted.

3.Cooling fan can be installed so that it can protect the PCBs or the component.

4.Special belt and track, transmission smooth, and work stable and reliable.
